Join me for a Solstice Gathering

Join me for a Solstice Gathering

Two songs collided in my mind as I sat down to write this post. The first was the Beatles’ “Here comes the sun”. The second was an ancient English canon, “Sumer is icumen in”, which is in Middle English and translates to “summer has arrived” (more or less).

So much happy music on my mind, all because the summer solstice is about to arrive.

You are invited

The Solstice is the day with the longest amount of daylight in the year. Maybe you are happy for the long day and the official start of summer; maybe you are sad that the days are about to grow shorter. Either feeling—or a combination of both—is entirely valid.

One of the things I’ve been wanting more of in my life is connection: connection with my loved ones, with my clients, and with community.

I would love for you to join me next Wednesday for a solstice gathering. We will meet online via Zoom for about an hour to ground and center ourselves, reconnecting our energy with the earth and sky, and forging new connections with those around us.

Put your worries aside for an hour. Focus on space within and connection without.

During this energy-healing event. we will be filling our lungs as well as our hearts, doing a bit of guided meditation, and engaging in some creative journaling exercises. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and renewed.

The details

  • When: Wednesday, June 21st at 8 p.m. EDT

  • Where: On your computer or phone via Zoom link

  • What: An hour together with other beautiful souls to reclaim our sense of connection and renewal

  • Cost: This is a pay-what-you-want workshop.

Join in this healing workshop with me and others. Breathe deeply. Ground and center. Reconnect with the earth and sky. Celebrate the beginning of the summer.

Here comes the sun, and I say: it’s alright.
