I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.
I’ve said before that fall is my favorite season, and it remains true. Even though it is wreaking havoc on my body—it’s not playing nice with my fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
Sadly, it means I’m tireder (more tired?) than usual. And a bit slower.
It has me reminding myself to be kind to myself, and not to be mean or beat myself up about things. In fact, I’ve taken to posting a daily thought about healing your inner mean girl over on Threads. You can find me here.
