What You Need to Do If You Feel Overwhelmed

The title of today’s post is the same as the title of the post I wrote for TinyBuddha.com, which was published today.

I guess you can say that the post really represents me: it is personal, in discussing my autoimmune and other issues, including the effects of stress on my mental health. And it is also pragmatic and helpful in identifying things to do to take good care of yourself and help yourself through a rough time.

I would be delighted if you would give it a read, and let me know what you think!
