All is Calm: Simplify Your Holidays
I swear I’m the queen of WYSIWYG naming (What You See Is What You Get).
Back before the pandemic, I created a program for my stressed-out clients who were just about running themselves into the ground trying to be all things to all people and stage the perfect holidays while also somehow not complaining about anything, while simultaneously not getting anything they wanted out of the holidays (not the gifts, not the memories, nada).
That program is ALL IS CALM, and it is about simplifying your holidays in ways that make sense FOR YOU.
Initially it was a live course with live meetings and homework, but upon further reflection, that seemed, well, less simple and more stressful than it needed to be for a program that is designed to help you find your calm and simplify things.
So now it is a self-paced (do it whenever you want) offering. There are four “units”, which are the cornerstones of this program:
Envision what you want your holidays to be like and how you want them to feel. Maybe you want them to be a riot of parties, maybe you want them to be cozy at home, maybe something else.
Plan things to make sure you get the parts in there that matter most to you. Is that family pics in matching outfits? A trip to see the Nutcracker ballet or the neighborhood lights? An evening spent playing board games with the family at home? Plan it!
Nurture or nourish yourself (and those you love). It’s not just about food, but about self-care. Make sure you’re filling your own cup, and not just because we love a hydrated queen — but because it’s likely that if you don’t take care of you, nobody else will.
Release your grip and enjoy your holidays. Once you have put your plan into play, other stuff is bound to come up. Don’t let that stuff ruin your experience of the holidays.
Each of the four units comes with a video, a workbook, and some bonus goodies. There is a live call on December 11th, which will be recorded and added to the course hub. And one of the bonus goodies is a guided meditation that I swear is worth the price of the package—and I mean the full price of $97. But lucky you can snag it at $79 instead because Tis the Damn Season.
