We begin with a consult call to discuss your goals or help you define them, and set expectations for our time together.

You will receive a form by email prior to our call to help you work out one or more goals, along with a few steps you want to take, then submit that form to me prior to our conversation.

You get weekly emails from me to prompt you to make progress toward your goals, plus three 20-minute phone calls along the way to help you overcome hurdles and refocus if necessary.
