We keep it simple—be it decision making or meal prep—we choose the most direct way to get what we desire (goodbye overwhelm, procrastination and stress).

We dream big and we make bold decisions—because life is way too short to stay small and timid.

We show up for ourselves—because nobody else is going to (and we are more than capable of doing this for ourselves).

We stretch beyond our comfort zones—because that’s where the growth comes from.

We are enough, just as we are—and just accepting this as fact is a radical act in a culture that tells us we are wrong (wrong weight, wrong age, wrong opinions, etc., etc.)

We believe that resting IS doing something (no matter what our “busy at all costs” society says).

We prioritize consistent progress over occasional or intermittent leaps—real change is a marathon not a sprint.

We are ready to make our own rules—nuff said.

We insist on being seen and heard—because it’s WAY overdue.

We trust the Universe to guide and support us.

We reclaim our sense of adventure and joy—because otherwise, what’s the point?

We believe that no matter what’s been said to us (or we’ve said to ourselves), actually, we can.
