Happy new year's eve!

When I decided that “weekly tips are on Tuesday and newsletters are on Wednesday” earlier this year, at the beginning of this business adventure that is Actually, I Can, it never occurred to me that Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve would fall on Tuesdays this year, with their actual days on Wednesdays. Which means very few people are running around reading blog posts and newsletters on those days. But that is okay, because they linger on the internet, waiting for friends.

Right now, some of the readers of this post are on day 2 of the 5-Day Energy-Clearing Challenge. Yesterday they cleared their bedroom to allow for a better night’s sleep, and today it’s off to the living room, which, let’s face it, may need it again tomorrow if you are hosting a New Year’s shindig tonight. (Do people still host big parties? Our idea of new year’s celebration is having another couple over for dinner and conversation.)

I do have a new year’s present for you, besides the energy-clearing course I just mentioned and the opportunity to work with me as your coach (the initial 30-minute call is always my gift to you!), and it is this two-page year-end assessment for you.

It is just the sort of thing you’d expect from a life coach, if you have any idea what a life coach does. It’s about assessing where you are right now, and starting to figure out where you want to be in the future. This one is focused on looking back at the successes and failures of 2019 as we turn the page or open a new calendar to 2020. An honest assessment of what went right (and why) and what went wrong (and why, or what we’ve learned from it) is paired with a “what do you want to see/do/feel more of?” sort of analysis.

Because knowing what you want helps you to set an intention, and intentions are powerful stuff. They can become goals, and you can figure out steps to help you achieve them. And yes, that is all the sort of stuff I do for clients as their life coach.

In the interest of being as helpful to my readers as possible, though, I like to share some of the good stuff from time to time, which is why I created this download just for you.
